How to apply
Each product takes under 60 seconds once you know the technique.
- 01Clean, dry skin — no lotion, oil, or body spray. Any residue reduces adhesion.
- 02Peel the protective film off the sticky side.
- 03Position over the nipple. Press from the centre outward to smooth edges flat.
- 04Peel off slowly while supporting the skin. Never pull quickly.
- 05Rinse with mild soap and warm water. Air dry. Store on the protective film.
- 01Clean, dry skin — especially important as lift force puts more strain on adhesive.
- 02Choose size: Size 1 for cups A–C, Size 2 for cups C–D+.
- 03Hold by the ear-shaped tabs. Peel the film.
- 04Pull the skin gently upward with the tabs, then press flat. The pull creates the lift — don't skip it.
- 05Hold 5–10 seconds to activate. To remove, pull tab downward while supporting the breast.
- 01Clean, dry skin — no lotion or body spray.
- 02Cut 2–3 strips, approx 15–20cm. Round the corners — prevents edge peeling.
- 03Apply from underneath while lifting to desired position. Smooth from centre out. Do not stretch.
- 04Press all edges firmly for 15–20 seconds.
- 05To remove: baby oil along edges, wait 1–2 min, peel slowly.
- 01Clean, dry skin. No scissors needed — pre-cut and ready.
- 02Peel the backing from the first strip.
- 03Apply while holding the breast in the lifted position. Smooth from centre out.
- 04Press firmly for 10–15 seconds. Add a second strip to reinforce.
- 05To remove: baby oil along edges, wait, peel slowly.
- 01Clean, dry skin. Peel the backing.
- 02Position over the nipple. Press gently from centre outward.
- 03After use, remove carefully. Single-use only — do not reuse.
- 01Tear off a strip of the length you need.
- 02Apply one side to the inside of the fabric you want to secure.
- 03Press fabric against skin and hold 5–10 seconds. Adjust before pressing firmly.
- 04To remove, peel slowly. No residue on skin or fabric.
